Refund policy

We want you to love every Namaskards order. If something isn't right, we're here to help. RETURNS You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at contact@namaskards.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps. Please note: personalised or custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
